  • Our 36" Machine Tables for wire processing feature 12 gauge steel; all welded machine tables have a 3000 lb capacity. A lower shelf accommodates a storage toolbox of choice. Each table has a height of 32 in and a depth of 24 in. The 24-in depth provides plenty of work space when changing tooling setups on your Eubanks stripper. Additional tables can be set side-by-side to accommodate all Eubanks systems and any additional desired work space. Steel tables can be grounded and secured to the floor and can also be made mobile by installing casters. To learn more please download the Machine Tables for Wire Processing product specifications.
  • The Eubanks AutoTab Wire Marking System comprises a series of computer-controlled machines whose printing discs are set automatically, along with wire length, batch count, distance between marks, air pressure, dwell time, wire drive speed, and acceleration and deceleration rates. A monitor displays all computer-controlled functions, which may be changed from the keyboard or from a host computer. One of these, the Model 77200 AutoTab, operates in line with an AutoStrip Automatic Wire Stripper. The Model 77200 AutoTab is a fully programmable hot stamp wire marker that operates in line with the AutoStrip. It links production planning software and wire processing to provide you with completely automatic marking, cutting and stripping. The Model 77200 selects marking characters quickly and accurately and places marks along the wire exactly where you want them. Printing discs are set automatically, along with stamp pressure, dwell time, distance from the end of the wire to the first mark and distance between marks. Temperature is set manually. The Model 77200 AutoTab includes Eubanks' WirePro for Windows software, which enables you to create large wire list files on your PC and provides direct, error-free downloading of wire list data from the PC to the AutoStrip and the 77200. It provides instant recall of previously run wire lists and it prompts the operator to select the correct wire type, color and gauge when changing wires. The WirePro for Windows software is easy to understand and was designed so that non-technical personnel can operate the 77200. It uses simple dialog boxes to enable the operator to select a wire file, download it to the AutoStrip and the AutoTab and start production. The operator can interrupt production at any time. When a wire-fault has been detected by the splice detector or the optional 64055 Spark Tester, the PC's monitor displays a fault-recovery dialog box that provides the operator with various options for resuming production.
  • Small steel cables also known as steel rope are used for everything from automotive clutches to Bicycle braking systems to electronic security devices in retail stores.  Maintaining the quality of the strips on steel rope is extremely difficult.  Even when the smallest of steel cables can cause stress and damage to most electric stripper’s parts, blades, and motors.  Many dynamics happen to metals when cutting steel.  There are micro explosions that generate heat and can cause metal strains, fatigue, warping, or damage.  Eubanks has a solution with the 2745-05 and its special exclusive steel-cutting tooling.  The tooling is designed to cut and withstand heat and dynamic stresses when processing steel cables for prolonged periods.  There is no worrying about burning up motors with the air-powered 2745-05.  Equipped with the standard tooling, the 2745-05 can cut and strip soft steel rope encapsulated in plastic or cut bare steel cables up to a maximum O.D. of .125” (3.2mm). Speed

The 2745-05 cuts and strips both ends of the cable in a single cycle at a high speed.  The 2745-05’s production screen can display the estimated pieces per hour being produced at the current feed speed.  The production screen also displays an estimated time of completion.  The heavy-duty 2745-05 is the perfect long-term solution for processing difficult Steel Rope Cables.

    User Friendly Programming

The 2745-05 is highly reliable and easy to operate. It stores up to 1,000 programs containing separate cable profiles such as length, batch quantity, and delays.  The 2745-05 has built-in wire marking controls for pairing a wire marker.  From its console, the operator can select and run programs, and step the machine through a complete cycle.  It can easily be converted from inch to metric measurements via the machine’s keyboard.  It also has length correction compensating fields designed to fine-tune to the best exact length tolerance possible.

    High-Precision

Our pneumatic strippers use unique hand-machined precision die blades and blocks. These setups will last years and deliver the best quality strip available.  During the strip function, the blades butt up against one another cutting perfectly around the circumference of the conductor.  During the pull to strip, the insulation is held by both the top and bottom strip blades for a perfect linear pull as it strips.  The result is a perfect 180° square cut on both the plastic insulation and steel cable without any damage to the conductor or blades while delivering perfect ends for termination. We design and manufacture all our blades using our proprietary processes. These processes assure high-precision performance over a long service life.  This is where Eubanks excels.  We can design special tooling to cut, strip, and slit on parallel wires and offset stripping.  Customers have learned to rely on our extensive strip-blade expertise as they adapt to new insulations and tough applications.
