The new Eubanks Model 8900 is equipped with very powerful maintenance-free, high-precision brushless motors. The 8900 will handle from delicate 32 AWG and up to heavy thin stranded 2 AWG (33.6mm²) battery cable or welding wire, without a struggle. This covers the complete wire spectrum of the most popular wire sizes used in the industry. The 8900 is the only machine one needs.
Eubanks 8900 is more powerful with greater reliability; it is the fastest and most versatile of the AutoStrip machines. Aside from the extended 32-2 AWG capacity, the 8900 also does an excellent job of cutting and stripping flat cable and multi-conductor cable up to 9/16” (14mm) in diameter. Strip lengths are almost unlimited. It can produce strip lengths of up to 20” (500mm) on both ends.
The 8900 uses larger, thicker, long-lasting, high-quality tool steel blades. Eubanks provides a cassette loading tool for easy and quick blade insertion. Blade changeover is done in seconds, without any need for calibration or blade fastening. The 8900 can be programmed to do step-stripping, batch counting, and center-stripping. It can also be programmed to operate with a single drive and blade set (Blade Mode 1). Under Blade Mode 1, the 8900 can cut and strip short-length wire jumpers down to an incredible 1/8” of an inch (3mm), with a .050” strip on each end.
The 8900 has a 99-program storage capacity. For unlimited storage and maximum productivity, the Eubanks 8900 can be controlled with a PC or Laptop, using the Eubanks WireManager for Windows software.
